Only five simple steps.

From enquiry to completion, we’re here to help you through the application process. We have perfected our application process to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience.

Applications for European Bridging product accepted from Intermediaries only.

1. Enquiry

  • Send an enquiry to our team:
  • Please include:
    • Property details and value
    • Details of how property is owned
    • Loan required and term
    • Existing debt
    • Exit plan (how you intend to repay)
    • Our team of underwriters will then assess your case and If the enquiry is approved, we’ll send you an indicative loan offer.

2. Application

  • We will email you a form to complete and return to us, and once received we will begin our due diligence checks.
  • We will then contact you and will request payment for administration and valuation fees
  • We will also request from you any additional documentation that may be required

3. Valuation

  • Once the valuer receives our instruction, they will contact you to arrange access to the property.
  • On receipt of the valuation report, our underwriters will conduct a full case assessment.

4. Legals

  • Before any legal work begins, our solicitors will request payment for their fees.
  • The fees will be variable, depending on your case and will be additional to any charges made by any other solicitor working on behalf of the borrower.
  • Once all legal requisitions are satisfied, we can start arranging completion of the loan.

5. Completion

  • After our final underwriting checks have been made, your funds will be sent to our solicitors.
