European Bridging

Jennifer´s explanation video

Bridging Loans are fast to arrange and highly efficient financial solutions to generate liquidity to solve challenges or seize opportunities.

Whilst the UK short term bridging loan market is now well developed, with annual lending and brokerage volumes totalling almost £6bn*, this is not replicated across Europe. Traditionally, it has been extremely hard, if not impossible to obtain bridging loans in most European countries.

Interbridge are now able to arrange short term bridging loans secured against residential property in France, Monaco, Spain, Switzerland, Germany and Austria, for terms of 6 – 24 months.

Applications for European Bridging product accepted from Intermediaries only.
